Flagler Thrive is a local business directory and digital community project created by CoraSuite, designed to help small businesses across Flagler County increase visibility, connect with their community, and grow their brand.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Site

Flagler Thrive provides:

• Free and featured business listings

• Community-submitted events, blog posts, and job postings

• Optional user accounts for favoriting businesses, leaving reviews, and managing listings

Users agree to:

• Submit only accurate and lawful content

• Refrain from spamming or misusing community tools

• Not impersonate another person or business

3. Business Listings & Claiming

Businesses listed on Flagler Thrive may:

• Claim their listing to update or manage it

• Upgrade to a Featured Listing to receive additional visibility and perks

• Request changes or removal by contacting us

We reserve the right to verify ownership before granting access to manage any listing.

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing for any reason.

4. Paid Listings

Premium or Featured Listings include added benefits such as homepage visibility, expanded content, and strategy bonuses. These are billed annually or monthly depending on the plan selected and are non-refundable once paid unless otherwise stated.

Flagler Thrive reserves the right to adjust pricing or features with prior notice.

5. Reviews & User Submissions

Community members may leave reviews or submit content like blog posts or events. All content must be respectful, relevant, and non-defamatory. We reserve the right to remove or edit content at our discretion.

6. User Accounts

Creating an account on Flagler Thrive allows you to:

• Favorite businesses

• Leave reviews

• Manage one or more listings

• Submit content as a community member

Accounts must use a valid email address. You’re responsible for any activity under your account.

User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You have the authority to submit your business details.

7. Termination

Flagler Thrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, listing, or feature access for any violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or harmful behavior to the community.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, design, and original content on Flagler Thrive belong to CoraSuite or its contributors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Business owners retain ownership of their logos, photos, and listing content.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Flagler Thrive and CoraSuite are not responsible for:

• Third-party content or user-submitted listings

• Technical errors or downtime

• Business performance or client outcomes

Use of the site is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and all personal data is used strictly to improve your experience and support your listing.
